Feed trials show greatly improved weight gain for fish, shrimp, poultry, cattle and hogs. Quicker cooking: Yubraska displays a unique starch structure that absorbs water
much more quickly than other corns. Switching to Yubraska can cut steeping time 40%, cooking time 25% and energy costs over 25%.
Better starch: Yubraska offers improved starch functionality and an extremely white color that does not need any bleaching or dying. It offers attributes of modified starches without being modified.
Larger kernels: Yubraska kernels run 15% larger than normal, reducing the surface to starch ratio and cutting biodegradable waste 15% and reducing sewer charges. The uniquely shaped large kernels give an easy visual identification to help prevent commingling.
