The manufacturer warrants this product to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years excluding lights, which are warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The manufacturer will replace such defective parts at no charge. The consumer's sole remedy shall be such replacement as expressly provided above and the manufacturer shall in no event be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out the use of, or inability to use this product for any purpose whatsoever.
