VIC-Volar Immobilization Component Wrist Orthotic

A bendable palmer stay is included with the OH2. The all new VIC-Volar Immobilization Component is and optional addition. With the brace in position, slide the curved end of the palmar stay or VIC in between the hand liner and the palm of the hand. Open the wrist strap and reclose over the stay. Loosen the forearm strap and position the palmar stay or VIC under the strap and readjust the strap for a comfortable fit.
The VIC-Volar Immobilization Component is used for maximum stability and provides ideal support or immobilization. A bendable palmar stay is included with the OH2 if the patient requires control of flexion.
