Description
Our Automated Deburring plant has a combination of bowl type and rectangular type vibratory finishing machines. We also have corn cob dryers utilizing bowl and auger type dryers. The vibratory equipment ranges in size from 2 cu. ft. to 100 cu. ft.
The combination of the media provide the necessary elements to successfully finish the part. The bowl type vibratory finishers have an eccentric mounted weight mounted inside the center section of the bowl. This weight provides the spiral vibration action necessary to deburr and clean parts.
