Purpose and areas of usage

The development is aimed at introducing into the veterinary practice the apparatus for high - frequency electric welding of living biological tissues "Paton BET". It is also aimed for the creation of new tools for conducting various surgical interventions taking into account the peculiarities of the course of diseases in animals of different species.

Main characteristics of development

Work can be done in regime of cutting, coagulation, automatic welding. The device has a wide range of choice of algorithms of operation and operating parameters depending on the type and nature of the operation. Possible adaptations, changes and introduction of additional programs at the request of the user. The device has two operating frequencies - 66 and 440 kHz, power control (max 300 W). It is possible to connect two instruments at the same time by choice of a surgeon

Main advantages of development

Electric welding is perspective. The creation of a specialized tool reduces the time of formation. It also increases the quality of postoperative suture. Especially effective usage of welding with a specialized instrument in laparoscopic operations
