Thermomechanical aggregate on the thermosyphons PP035
- Country of manufactureUkraine
PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The development is designed for drying grain, rapeseed, amaranth, coffee sludge and for the concentration of mashed vegetables and fruits. These are a heat treatment processes (heating, concentration, drying) of dispersed and viscous products and materials.
MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE DEVELOPMENT
Design of heat transmission module as a stand - alone rotary thermosyphon has small values of the thermal resistance. It ensures the organization process at minimum cost of energy. It also guarantees food safety of fuel and energy.
Investment attractiveness: the intensity of heat and mass transfer in the device is 2 - 20 times higher than in the analogues. It differs in reliability of a design, simplicity of operation.
MARKET DEMAND
The processes of drying grain crops. The obtaining of concentrated mashed vegetables and fruits is important for agricultural enterprises. Obtaining of dense and dry extracts is important in the pharmaceutical and processing industries.
THE ESSENCE OF THE DEVELOPMENT
Realized mechanical action on the area of the section "the surface heating - product"contributes to the destruction of thermal and diffusion boundary layers. In result an easy exit of the vapor phase from the productis provided. The continuous cleaning of the surface is carried out of the rotational thermosyphon. The coefficients of heat transfer are considerably increasing. The degree of amelioration of the intensity increases with the increasing product viscosity.
Constructive feature of the aggregate is the application of autonomous rotational two - phase thermosyphon. Its condensation zone performs mechanical functions as well as heat transfer: mixing, transporting or crushing the products. To do this, the capacitor of the thermosyphon has the form corresponding to the mechanical task of the aggregate.
STATE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION
