The use of comprehensive disinfecting of the Drug "Heotsyd" for the rehabilitation of livestock buildings

Purpose and scope

 The development is designed for the comprehensive rehabilitation of the premises with cattle, swine, poultry processing plants, markets as well as in residential premises

The essence of  the development

The technology of obtaining complex, safe disinfectant " Heotsyd " antibacterial disinfection properties is realized through the synergistic action of the quaternary - ammonium compounds, polymethyleneamine hydrochloride and synthetic pyrethroid. Bactericidal, fungicidal, insecticidal effects of genocide in vitro and in vivo were established. Its permissible safe concentration was determined by the indices of the culture’s of  Tetrahymena pyriformis infusoria. The effective regimes of using the genocide for disinfection and disinsection of livestock premises were determined. It makes possible to use the drug of complex action in 0. 5 - 5. 0% concentrations qualitatively and safely. The factors of nonspecific resistance of animals for the genocide’s  actions is studied. The effective working concentration of the disinfectant solution for safe influence on the immune status of animals is 0. 5 %

 The innovative direction allows to improve the system of veterinary and sanitary measures. It reveals new criteria for the production and use of the drug in the presence of animals. Comprehensive disinfecting preparation " Heotsyd " is applied in many livestock farms both in Ukraine and abroad.
