Hubco textile bag and textile packaging company is not your one-size-fits-all textile bag manufacturer and printer.
We realize that all your creative endeavors won't fit into standard cookie cutter size bags. That's why Hubco thinks outside the bag to create specialty textile bags in custom sizes for a variety of different products and uses.
If you can dream it, Hubco can skillfully manufacture and print your bags. Experienced and knowledgeable professionals help guide you through the process of designing and manufacturing a bag to meet your specific needs.
For specialty sizes, Hubco offers small quantities (1,000 minimum) with the option of up to four print colors, different closures, a variety of tags, and UPC tags for scanning purposes.
Like all our textile bags, the bags are printed in house so we can oversee all the details of your specialty bag order. Hubco uses letterpress printing which combines rich, textural Old-World printing with high-end graphics. Hubco takes great pride in its expertise of excelling in the letterpress printing process.

Cotton bags are a bleached white fabric used for flour, parsley, lettuce, peanuts, popcorn, loose parts, and oil sample bags.
Unbleached cotton or muslin bags are used for loose parts, dry mix bags, flour, and specialty foods products.
Preprinted dressprint bags are used for flour and rice.
Woven polypropylene bags may house loose parts, sand, lead shot, and BB gun pellets. Woven pp bags are strong and durable.
Non-woven material bags are mostly used by the ore or gold industry.
Burlap bags are great for popcorn, peanuts, beans, lentils, potatoes, and grass seed.
Textile bag manufacturing styles, sizes, and considerations:
Finished sizes are based on when the bag is laid flat (flat dimensions). Bags are sewn with straight line seams. We have a selection of standard sizes or Hubco can customize a size and a style to your specifications.
Textile bag printing options: Hubco can custom print bags up to 4 colors utilizing letterpress printing presses. Colors are matched to the pantone matching system (PMS). Camera ready artwork is requested for the production of printing plates. After receipt of your artwork, Hubco will provide a firm quote for the printing plate cost. Hubco takes pride in having the best printing in the industry.
Textile bag manufacturing options: Hubco offers drawstring, a colored draw cord or tie tape closures. We can furnish and sew in tags and envelopes in each bag; or we can custom print your information on the tags. Polyethylene liners can be inserted into the bags.
