APPOINTMENT

The technology of surfacing is based on the use of carbon fiber materials allows to obtain high carbon wear - resistant coatings with high tribo - technical properties on steel details.

ESSENCE OF THE DEVELOPMENT

Obtained by surfacing , using carbon fiber materials, coatings can be of different thickness. They can have HRC 54 - 60 hardness without additional heat treatment after surfacing. They can also work under different friction conditions. The use of carbon fiber coating during surfacing allows to increase the wear –resistant of details within 20% relative to new ones

MARKET DEMAND

The proposed technology makes it possible to increase significantly the service life of details. It gives the opportunity to simplify the process of applying functional coatings. Therefore, it will be widely used in various industries in the manufacture and repair of the machines details
