Description
Once your organization has gone live with either Agility EHR or Stix, you will be officially turned over to our end user Support department should you need help desk assistance in the future. The help desk staff answer questions that may arise from time to time, and help to solve more technical items that may arise. Integritas staff are well-versed in the software, most have a long track record with the company, and have addressed situations in a number of different health care settings.
Help Desk support is not intended to provide user training via telephone or e-mail. In addition to the Support department, Integritas offers both onsite and online training. Online "On Demand" training for individual new users can assist new staff in your operation (who are working with others in the organization who have been trained by Integritas), to receive a consistent overview of how the software works. On Demand training also provides a refresher for situations your staff may not have encountered at all, or not for a long while.
