Description
A roofing manufacturer had a new adhesive which required bead applicators for the dispensing of low-rise foam, moisture-cured insulation or membrane adhesives. They tried a pressurized system that limited their temperature application and created time-consuming clean-up. Rooftop developed the MiniBead and SuperBead applicators for easy, gravity-fed bead application. Factory-set, manufacturer-specified ports determine bead sizes and spacing intervals.
- Single-component or pre-mixed, two-component bead application
- Unused adhesive can be drained into container at the end of the work day
- Cured adhesive peels out of the polyethylene tank. Clean-up is a snap!
