Rotational molding, also known as roto-mold is a highly advanced manufacturing technique used to create our spas. The process begins with a hollow, two-part mold, which is filled with granular polyethylene polymer. The mold is then mounted to a sophisticated machine, which externally heats while biaxially rotating the mold. The heat softens the powder into liquid form. As the mold rotates, the melted material coats the inside of the mold. Intelligent software distributes the material evenly to ensure consistency of product. Once cooled, the two-part mold is opened, revealing a single piece uni-body constructed spa. The benefits of this manufacturing process is that our spa contains no wood, metal or vinyl, which means they will never fade, rot, rust or tear. Also, they have the ability to withstand impact. Strong Spas are durable, portable and affordable! You can sit any of the model spas on level ground and do not have to have any type of slab underneath.
