- Offer technical assistance and training, so that the partnering small business can enhance its understanding of business prospects.
- Encourage participation from the partnering small business during the Request for Proposal process, so that both Simon's strengths and partnering business' strengths are clearly stated.
- Host semi-annual meetings/workshops to promote further education and training.
