APPOINTMENT
The technology is designed for highly efficient and environmentally safe anaerobic digestion of sewage sludge, liquid and semi - liquid agricultural waste, etc. for their stabilization (prevention of further rotting), disinfection (destruction of pathogenic microflora) and biogas production as an energy carrier
ESSENCE OF THE DEVELOPMENT
The technology is based on the use for digestion of four separate containers: hydrolyzer, acid water, acetone and methane. In these tanks, four stages of anaerobic fermentation are consistently implemented: hydrolysis, acidogenesis, acetogenesis and methanogenesis. In each tank, the optimal conditions for the effective flow of each stage are maintained in accordance with modern ideas about the kinetics of these processes
MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE DEVELOPMENT
In comparison with known analogues, the technology allows to reduce the fermentation process from 15 to 3 days and at the same time to increase the yield of biogas per unit of precipitation and the methane content in the resulting biogas from 60 to 95% . In addition, the technology makes it possible to obtain additional commercial carbon dioxide
