PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The development is designed for control of dangerous gas substances concentration in the mine atmosphere of coal mines, chemical, metallurgical plants, enterprises with high explosive concentration of gas toxic substances

THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE DEVELOPMENT

The range of methane concentration measurement - 0 - 4 vol. % ; the value of the basic absolute error of measurement of methane concentration tradition - no more than  ±0, 1 % in the specified range; the value of the additional measurement errors when the temperature changes from + 5 to + 35 °C does not exceed the  basic error of measurement; the values of the additional measurement error when changing the stock of dust from 0 to 1 g/m' does not exceed the basic error of measurement in the same range of methane concentrations measurements

MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE DEVELOPMENT

The speed of the meter does not exceed 0. 15 s, which is in 5 times less than the regulated speed value (0. 8 s). The main error of the meter of methane concentration is in 2 times less than that of analogues in the measurement range from 0 to 4 vol. %
