Slip Lining

Slip lining is a form of rehabilitation of pipelines. We often perform this work for municipalities as a form of trench less rehabilitation. The project we had in Oshkosh in 1998 was a huge success. We slip lined approximately 3 miles of sanitary interceptor with Hobas Pipe varying in diameters from 36" to 54". We are currently working on a project for the MMSD called Clybourn Street MIS Rehab. Super X is installing approximately 12,000 lineal feet of 72" Hobas pipe on Clybourn.

Another form of trench less rehabilitation, slip lining allows you to do a full structural rehabilitation on an existing pipe. We recently concluded slip lining 15,000 lineal feet of RCP ranging in size from 42" through 60" in diameter. This was done by jacking Hobas Pipe and grouting it in place. We were able to jack up to 2,000 lineal feet of 48" on one location of this project.
