Seal Coating

We use a coal tar based latex sealer which, in most cases, is applied by hand for an even, no fault coverage.For the sealer to dry properly, it requires at least a full 24 hours of drying time and the sealer must be applied in dry weather with a temperature of at least 50 degrees.

Regular sealing of your asphalt will keep it protected, looking great and will prolong the life of the asphalt.
