Grand Isle Shipyard's Safety & Detection Services is a sales, service and rental provider of fire detection, gas detection, aids-to-navigation, paging & alarm systems, batteries, solar modules, wind generators, regulators and fiberglass and aluminum powder coated enclosures. We operate out of GIS's Galliano facility providing these key products and services to the offshore production and drilling industry in the Gulf of Mexico and to the onshore natural gas pipeline facilities throughout the Gulf South region. Our mission is to provide the highest quality products that are currently used throughout the industry as well as new cutting edge products as they become available to help reduce your company expenditures and facility downtime. We are currently providing service to over 350 locations throughout the Gulf of Mexico. We maintain your inspection history in our tracking program which assist us in assuring that you are notified weeks prior to upcoming inspection due dates. We maintain a large inventory to allow our technicians the parts on hand to keep your systems operating properly and in compliance while reducing your logistic expenses.
