Description
The SA-100 Alerter Unit with Automation is an SDAP product designed for the hearing- or vision-impaired. Based on the SDAP light and appliance switch technology, the SA-100 features both a high intensity strobe light and a high-decibel horn to alert the human to the dog's signal. In addition, the SA-100 includes the home automation capability of the SDAP A-100 or the SDAP MA-100 incorporating full home automation capability over your home's existing wiring. The user can select between three modes of operation for the strobe/alarm horn feature. In the first mode, the box will flash a high intensity strobe alerting the human to the presence of the dog's signal. In the second mode, the box will sound a high decibel horn to alert the human to the dog's signal. In Mode 3, the box will both sound the horn and flash the strobe. The modes are selectable by human intervention using the handheld remote control. In addition to the strobe and siren on the SA-100 box, the system also sends out a signal to lights located throughout the house alerting to the dog's signal via lamp modules located strategically throughout the home. The device is silenced by either the dog or the human depressing the trigger switch and is then immediately re-armed.
