Recruiting

Once a specific need has been identified, the recruiting staff reviews the client's request to clarify the correct candidate profile for the position. Internal consultants are contacted first, depending on their availability, before looking outside the organization for additional resources. Next, the staff contacts individuals that they have utilized before and who may be getting close to completing their current assignments. Finally, the recruiting staff touches base with individuals who have expressed interest in Sundial or who might be interested.

After being identified as a potential fit, the recruiting staff performs phone screens and interviews with the candidates. An extensive consultant "profiling" occurs next which may include: reference checking, background checking, drug testing, technical interviews, and technical assessments.

Once approval has been reached with both the candidate and Sundial staff, Sundial submits the candidate in full confidence to the client. The client at this point is in control and what happens next varies depending on the client's internal recruiting process. Sundial's recruiting staff acts as a liaison between the candidate and the client.
