Working on behalf of an institutional owner, Anterra assumed management of a 324- unit property from a national management company and was able to increase Net Operating Income by 51% (1st vs. 4th Quarter 2011). Results were achieved by increasing occupancy through more effective marketing, reducing write-offs through aggressive collections, and replacement of the office and maintenance staff.
