When Hokanson Companies takes on a management assignment, we develop a team of professionals who become familiar with every aspect of the building. We develop personal relationships with our tenants, which leads to tenant satisfaction and strong lease renewals for all property types.

Property management firms traditionally provide detailed annual operating budgets. At Hokanson Companies, we pride ourselves in completing and updating a ten-year managerial plan and budget every year for each property, in addition to our annual operating budgets. We approach property management from a team concept to assure that we have property managers cross-trained in each of our buildings.
