Program Management and Executive Services

Paradigm is experienced in providing the integration and coordination services necessary to carry out effective program management. Diverse and detailed system-specific acquisition support in the areas of engineering, procurement, financial management, environmental management, configuration management, testing, manufacturing, and integrated logistics are provided to directly assist the implementation of program direction. Paradigm personnel assist in the evaluation of contractor proposals and activities and perform wide ranges of program management activities to include: program information gathering, program performance analyses; acquisition strategy planning; pre-award and post-award document preparation; milestone planning; tracking; scheduling and implementing contractor performance status systems; establishing and maintaining databases; developing and analyzing key program metrics; developing and integrating risk management plans and strategies; preparing program briefings; prime and subcontractor weapon system development performance assessment; determining program progress; and effectively communicating recommendations orally and in writing to higher organizational management.
