Our extensive experience defending products has included the role of regional counsel to a major U.S. automobile manufacturer in 14 states. Additionally, we have defended lawsuits involving air bags, seat belts, other occupant restraint systems, brakes, transmissions, fuel systems, engine control modules and other engine component parts, crashworthiness issues, and vehicle fires. Our results include hundreds of dismissals and/or summary judgments.

For manufacturers of drugs and medical devices, we work with our clients to understand safety and effectiveness issues involved in each case and the science behind it. Through numerous summary judgments and dismissals, we have successfully defeated claims of defect in manufacture, design and marketing, breach of warranty and negligence in both state and federal court in many jurisdictions.
