Precision Machining

Precision lathes and milling equipment fitted at our machine shop allow us to fabricate any large or small part to precision. Larger pieces are pre-fabricated offsite and assembled onsite if any assembly is necessary. Florida Metal Craft also offers special mobile crane services for final delivery and installation of large, heavy assemblies. These capabilities help us to finish the overall construction within short turnaround times.

Here at Florida Metal Craft, Inc., we provide milling services for the fabrication as well as repair of parts or components used in equipment such as trailers, sprayers, and dump truck wheel components. Close tolerances can be achieved with our Bridgeport Milling Machines and Chevalier Mills and Lathes. With the capacity to machine materials up to 16" in diameter x 72" in length, our lathes help us perform value-added operations such as specialized machining.

Additionally, we can provide O.D and surface grinding operations to produce superfine surface finishes and textures on the machined parts. Metal finishing services such as Powder Coating and Anodizing are also available.
