Do you like your bacon with a little kick? Then try our Peppered bacon. Coated with a layer of cracked black pepper and cured to perfection. This bacon is available in 12oz & 20oz varieties.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 400 ºF. Lay out slices on baking sheet & bake for 12 - 16 minutes depending on desired doneness level. Drain on paper towels.
STOVETOP: Place bacon in unheated skillet. Cook on medium heat approximately 6 - 8 minutes on each side to desired doneness. Drain on paper towels.
