Pellets

We start with USDA select pork skins that are cut into various sizes and salted. The raw skins are then cooked in pork fat for hours to dehydrate them and turn them into pork pellets. Our pellets are available to groups, organizations and companies wishing to pop their own pork rinds or cracklins, perfect for fresh popped rinds for a fundraiser or event and ideal for companies that choose to pop and package their own private label.
