Optoelectronic complex for peripheral blood circulation state determination. PP234

Purpose
The optoelectronic complex is intended for the detection of micro circulatory disturbances of the cardiovascular system through the registration, processing and preservation of photo plethysmograms (PPG) of blood vessels with the help of hardware.

Gist of development
The use of optoelectronic sensors for the registration of biomedical signals operating in the infrared and red channels enables safe and comfortable diagnostics of the physical state of the population of different age groups (including very severe patients, for example, after avaria, with burns, etc. ). The complex allows to register the PPGs simultaneously on two channels on the peripheral arteries. Also allows  to perform hardware and software filtering of noise and measure the amplitude - time characteristics of the PPG. It performs calculation of parameters of PPG in relative units and allows to work with the database of patients.

Main advantages of development
The development allows to increase the reliability of the registration of hemodynamic parameters of blood supply, as well as the introduction into devices that implement this method, elements of light - fiber technology and sources with different wavelengths of probe radiation. It is possible to precisely solve problems of photodynamic research, remote measurements of hemodynamic parameters of biological objects.
