We are from a small coastal town called Half Moon Bay in California, literally just steps from the ocean! What better inspiration than the environment we live in? These shells and undersea critters are as unique and beautiful as the real thing, except they're all made of chocolate! Best part is, they can be shipped anywhere to bring a little piece of the ocean to your next party!
Summer Seashell
This Oval Limgoes style cake is adorned with seashells, urchin, starfish, sand dollars, and even a string of pearls! It is nestled in sugar "sand" and wrapped in ocean blue chocolate "paper"! We generally recommend it in our citrus infused cheesecake, but it is great in any flavor of your choosing!
