Description
We named these new wheels "XL" because they will excel in performance and life. In tests, the XL diamond wheels really stood up to hard grinding materials. Fine grits did an excellent job of preparing gems for final polishing. Through all the rugged testing, a very long and useful life was proven. Most testing was on Brazil agates. We start with closely grated man made diamond, so you move from step to step much faster and easier. It costs us a little more, but you get a superior product. By positioning the maximum amount of diamond, you can utilize their full cutting ability. Then we apply our super nickel bond. This tough bond is applied directly on the steel rim, not over copper as some brands do. All this goes over a seamless steel rim and precision, rigid, glass filled nylon hub.
