SCOPE
The oil - gas - water separator is designed for oil and combines electric hydrators with oil heating units and separation.
MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE DEVELOPMENT
The oil - gas - water separation is rather multifunctional. It has high predictable separation indicators in a wide range of efficiency, pressure, temperature and water degree content of water - oil emulsion. Tentative payback dates of new separators and electric dehydrators are up to 3 years. In the case of modernization is up to 1, 5.

The development can be applied to installations of oil refining.

THE IDEA OF DEVELOPMENT
The oil - gas - water separator is a block horizontal three - phase separator with built - in direct - heating tube heater for heating and degassing of crude oil. It is additionally equipped with electrostatic sections of coalescence, louver package nozzles, mesh blazer, spray - bubble gauge, vortex gas, separator - moisture separator.
Operating the device as fuel gas which there is used exclusively associated petroleum gas. It is allocated in the apparatus during the degassing of oil.
