MillMaster Strain Gage Roll Force System - Single Stand

TWS provides load cells and instrumentation for the measurement of forces exerted or applied by rollers with sufficient pressure to cause a yield and subsequent reduction of the material thickness. All systems are custom designed, engineered and manufactured to the customer's specific applications, complete with load cells, housing and instrumentation. Systems utilize strain gage technology and come equipped with the MillMaster DSP2000 Digital Signal Processor.

For new installations, TWS custom designs and manufactures MillMaster Rolling Mill load cells in capacities up to 10 million pounds. Systems can retrofit existing strain gage applications without any hardware modifications. This American-made product is designed for mill duty service.
