Mid-sized Recycle Plant, Crush-It Screen-It

CEC makes a diesel driven impact crusher which mates with a Screen-It®. The Crush-It® and Screen-It's® conveyor closes the circuit.

Feed the Crush-It's® vibratory feeder. The material flows to the impactor, gets crushed, out the under conveyor, drops on the side discharge conveyor and into the Screen-It®. Any over-sized product returns to the impactor feed and is re-crushed (closed circuit).

Finished product comes out the Screen-It® fines conveyor.

This plant is made in two crusher sizes:

• 102 x 115 - 41" x 45"
• 102 x 133 - 41" x 60"

Crush-Its® and Screen-Its® come on wheels or track mounted. This is a great mid-sized recycle plant. Very mobile, (2) two units to move, sets up in one to two hours, can be equipped with pin connected, run on legs.

The impactor is Cat powered, has a hydraulic self-adjusting clutch, big blow bars and hydraulic clearing. The crusher's under conveyor has a heavy duty impact bed to protect the crusher belt. It comes with a belt magnet with aluminum slider bed-UHMW slide rails and rubber discharge skirt-complete, easy to set up and low maintenance.
