Purpose and scope

The invention is intended for the reproduction and conservation of valuable and endangered fish species. It concerns the aquaculture industry and could be used in ichthyological researches and fish farming.

Fish farms can conduct a clear genetic record of their breeding stock and optimize breeding as well as protect their commodity products from falsification.

The essence of the development

The development is based on the process of obtaining offspring of sturgeon fish. Which includes the induction of the genetic development of embryos through the fertilization of eggs by genetically inactivated sperm.

This process is distinguished by the fact that the induction of gynogenetic development is applied to eggs of females of the same species due to irradiation of sperm by ultraviolet rays.

The initiation of the gynogenesis is carried out with the use of temperature shock for fertilized caviar.
