A & E offers a wide range of fabrication services to meet your product needs. We added metal fabrication to our tooling & stamping competencies in 2001 when we bought our first laser to accommodate a customer request. We make parts as small as your thumbnail or the size of a desk or phone booth.
We cut parts on our (3) lasers from materials as thin as .024 S.S. up to 1" carbon steel all at close tolerance. And we do it in the middle of the night (lights out) as well. We can deburr or put brush finishes on your parts.
We will accurately (I.S.O. 9001: 2008 certified) form your components on our CNC press brakes or flange them. We can develop specialty tooling (in-house) for unique formed part configurations on our presses or press brakes.
