Tange Tuna Salad
- Great on fish.
- Use as a dipping sauce for fried clams, fried scallops, hush puppies, or french fries.
- Also great on chips, pretzels, and raw vegetables.
- Use on a baked potato in place of butter and sour cream.
- Mix with a can of tuna for a unique and easy tuna salad.
- Try it on your next roast beef sandwich!
- Use in place of mayonnaise on sandwiches, in dressings, and in sauces!
Tange Tuna Salad
- Drain 1 can of the tuna of your choice.
- Place drained tuna in a mixing bowl.
- Add Matheny's White Jalapeño Sauce (quantity depends on how wet or dry you prefer your tuna salad).
- Mix.
- Serve.
- On a bed of lettuce.
- In a tomato bowl on a bed of lettuce.
- In and over a skinned, seeded avocado on a bed of lettuce.
- In the center of a seeded cantaloupe half.
- Out of the bowl with crackers, chips, or cut sections of celery ribs.
- Peel and boil 8 medium sized red potatoes. Then allow to cool.
- Hard boil 4 eggs. Then allow to cool.
- Coarsely chop 2 ribs of celery into a large mixing bowl.
- Cut the potatoes into 1/2 to 3/4 inch cubes and add to the mixing bowl.
- Add 1 jar Matheny's White Jalapeño Sauce.
- Gently mix (avoid mashing the potatoes).
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
