Low Temperature and Water Detection

When you are out of town during freezing weather and the electricity goes off and stays off your water pipes are likley to freeze and possibly burst. The resulting loss can run into the tens of thousands of dollars. This can be alleviated by the installation of one low temperature devise which is also wired into your burglar/fire alarm system. When your temperature gets below a certain degree i.e. 55 degrees, a low temperature alarm signal will be transmitted to our 24 hour U.L. central monitoring station and a trained monitor will dispatch you or your representative (your brother-in-law or plumber) to go rent a propane heater to keep your house above freezing until your electricity comes back on.
