Linear Damper Drive JR Series

The Type K JR Series Linear Drive is a high-performance, digitally-controlled, pneumatic linear drive system suitable for most wall-fired boilers. The JR Linear Drives are specifically designed to replace existing electric linear drives.

Designed for continuous modulating service to improve boiler efficiency, reduce fuel consumption and reduce emissions.

• Direct "pin-to-pin" replacement for most old electric drives
• Two models, 1178 lbs. thrust and 1885 lbs. thrust
• 6", 12" & 18" stroke lengths, each digitally adjustable to reduce stroke length applications
• Operating air supply pressures from 40 to 250 psig (2.8 to 17.3 bars)
• Power cylinder designed for harsh and high temperature ambient environments from -20 to +300 degrees F. (-29 to +148 degrees C.)
• DPC-777 digital position controller mounted away from the high heat environment of the burner
• Local-Remote switch, local open-off-close control and reset button
• Auto-calibration and push button configuration to fail-last-position, fail-close or fail-open
• Integral stall protection to protect burner shroud and linkage
• Direct or reverse acting, field selectable
