The National Fire Protection Association, or NFPA, recently reported an annual average in the United States of 8,160 restaurant fires causing $229 million in damages. The main cause for so many restaurant fires: more than half involved cooking equipment, including grills, ranges, and exhaust systems.

We will clean all areas of the kitchen exhaust system in accordance with NFPA Standard-96. Besides checking the system yourself, we will provide before and after photos along with a comprehensive report verifying that the work performed is in compliance with and according to the NFPA Standard-96.
