Interior/Exterior Drainage Systems

4" PVC draintiles are installed alongside the footing below the surface of your basement floor to a sump pump system which reduces the hydrostatic pressure which causes water leakage. The sump pump will then expel any water that has built up from underneath your basement floor. Our "System-3" method also addresses the exterior of the foundation by sealing exposed cracks that are accessible as well as sloping soil to areas along the foundation that do not let water flow away from the home. This system is more economical then outside excavation and will dry up most basement problems.
