Hydro pulse devices for the vibration turning and deformation strengthening are designed to facilitate the process of the blade machining of difficult to machine materials and deformation strengthening of the surfaces of parts by overlay shock loads.

MARKET DEMAND

Devices for vibration turning are in demand at the enterprises of metal processing of blades with the tool o high viscosity and difficult processed materials such as state and high speed steels. Devices for deformation strengthening are used during the manufacture of different types of details operating in heavy duties and during repair and restoration works

Vibration devices provide such parameters of the vibration loads: frequency 1 - 160 Hz, amplitude 0 - 2 mm. Deformation strengthening devices: frequency 1 - 160 Hz, amplitude 0 - 5mm
