Application of a dry wheaten gluten in the conditions of flour-grinding plant allows:
- to raise a nutrition value of flour and bread thanks to flour enrichment by such valuable substance as vegetable protein that is important for health of the person;
- to operate effectively quality of products, producing flour with stable and standard properties;
- to attract on the food purposes additional resources of grain from grain of the lowered quality (the 3rd, 5th classes) by production of a dry gluten, allowing at the same time it is more rational to use foodgrain of the valuable and strong wheat going on a baking grinding;
- to get profit to flour-grinding plants due to realization of better flour at higher price.
The product is packed into multilayered paper bags with the internal valve with a net weight of 25 kg.
Bags paper shtabelirovana on pallets are also fitted by the stretching stretch-film for the maximum protection.
