Frequency filtering devices on the basis of crystal structures PP098
- Country of manufactureUkraine
PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The theoretical foundations of apodized crystalline structures (CS) are developed. They include the generalized analysis models and methods of CS apodization. They are meant for the analysis of complex CS. They are necessary in the design of various advanced highly effective signal processing devices based on CS for information and telecommunication systems. Some of these devices are miniature microcavity filters of the super high frequency range on the basis of the magneto - electric crystals (MC) and certain MC - irregularities.
MAIN TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Average frequency: 1 - 10 Hz.
Relative acceptance band: 2, 60% .
Repression in suppression bands: from 20 to 60 dB.
Deposited losses: from 1, 5 to 2, 2 dB
STATE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION
The developed constructive solutions of MC and based on them devices are protected by 9 patents of Ukraine for the invention and the utility model.
MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE DEVELOPMENT
The impedance approach to modeling of wave structures is developed by the authors. It simplifies the modeling greatly. It also allows to obtain fundamentally new scientific knowledge. They are related to the properties of complex wave structures, methods of analysis and synthesis of such structures. The use of these physical and mathematical principles for MC are based on the proposed technical solutions of the super high frequency MC. They provide the development of high vibration signal processing devices with improved signal suppression by 10 - 20 dB and with a decrease in their size by 2 - 3 times compared to analogues.
MARKET DEMAND
The development is intended for enterprises of radio - electronic profile. It provides the improvement of information and telecommunication systems parameters
