MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE DEVELOPMENT

The proposed methodology of predicting the complex socio - economic systems behavior is universal in its basis and nationally oriented for the applied aspects. In contrast to the existing approaches, it provides the opportunity to explore specific national problems, taking into account the need to ensure sustainable development of Ukraine’s regions under the influence of multiple threats and risks

ESSENCE OF THE DEVELOPMENT

The methodology is developed. A set of works on the prediction (foresight) of Ukraine’s socio - economic development in the medium term (up to 2020) and long term (up to 2030) time horizons was carried out. 5 main inhibiting factors of the Ukrainian economy, 10 drivers (clusters) of the Ukrainian economy accelerated development (see the cover of the collection), 8 other important foresight operators are identified. The assessment of human capital availability in the country is carried out. It is capable to carry out the desired transformations. 8 scenarios of the Ukrainian socio - economic development on medium term (up to 2020) and long - term (up to 2030) time horizons (figure) are developed. 50 main government actions in the form of the Ukrainian socio - economic development strategy in the medium term and long term are built. The online platform of modeling and visualization of the Ukrainian socio - economic strategy is offered
