The final step in the completion of a purchase order is the inspection of the product prior to delivery. Area Tool's qualified inspection department not only considers the reputation of Area Tool, but also the need for the customer to receive the finest quality tooling. Area Tool encourages visitations between quality departments to ensure the customers complete satisfaction.

Upon completion of manufacturing, many of our customers' parts require various coatings such as hard chrome, electroless nickel, titanium nitride, tungsten carbide spray, armolloy or anodizing. We maintain an excellent working relationship with many established and experienced plating and heat treating houses in the area, thus allowing us to satisfy customer requirements without unnecessary delays in delivery schedules.
