Early strength of cements and concretes (2 - 3 hours) with compression of 10 - 30 MPa with adjustable viability within 10 - 50 minutes with further stable strength growth for 28 days to values of 80 - 120 MPa, high adjustable ratios Rzg / Rst> 0 , 12, which characterizes high crack resistance of the obtained materials
Main advantages of development
Compared to the known analogues, the cements and concrete obtained are characterized by an increase of 2 - 5 times the speed of the set of early strength
According to their technological and constructive characteristics, the materials developed may be particularly attractive when used in the field of additive technologies in construction, namely, when introducing the technology of 3D printing of construction constructions of various applications. Potential consumers of such cements and concretes may be construction companies of specialized transport construction (tankodromy, manufacturing and quick repair of runways of aerodromes, bridge structures, etc. ), construction departments of the State Emergency Situations Service and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine for the construction of protective structures for various purposes, in i. e. for counteracting dynamic, seismic and explosive loading

Experimental samples were made and tested. Methods of control of technological and physical - mechanical characteristics of concrete were developed and worked out. The normative base for cements and concrete is available from the developer.
