THE ESSENCE OF THE DEVELOPMENT
Energy active fence limits the construction. It holds the facades and roofs role. The construction perceives, converts and redistributes the energy of solar radiation. It contributes to the accumulation of heat in the seasonal ground heat accumulator using it during the year with the help of heat pumps. The economic feasibility is due to a decrease by 2 - 3 times of the natural gas consumption in the utilities and partially in industries
