Tek Pak started making carrier tape for electronic connector manufacturers in 1993 and we are still at it. Because of this experience, we understand that connectors require some of the most highly engineered carrier tapes due to their size, shape and delicate leads.

Tek Pak's Nitro® carrier tape process creates strong, deep pockets with dimensional accuracy on the inside of the pocket, where it matters the most. This means your connectors are well protected and consistently presented to your customer's automatic handling equipment. We produce carrier tape for connectors according to the EIA-481-C standard in widths up to 200 mm, and pockets as deep as 50 mm with a variety of materials up to 0.5 mm thick.
