• Gutter sizes and downspout locations are properly placed.
• Ensure that downspouts and downspout extensions are properly secured.
• Underground drain lines and French drains are properly sloped and buried.
• Locations that are unsuitable for underground drainage lines use a Flo-Well system to capture and slowly discharge water on-site.
