Delayed Payment Plan

The Delayed Payment Plan is designed for members who are on a low, restricted monthly income. These members have five calendar days, after the date their monthly check is scheduled to arrive, to pay their electric bill and have the penalty waived.

Approval of application is based on income level and electric bill due date - if due date is already scheduled for the first of the month (the time they would normally receive their monthly check), delayed payment would not apply.
